Ride for Change A Petition with Purpose
Because no one should feel small on two wheels.

On a quiet roadside one day, I found myself in tears—helmet off, confidence shattered, and the voice in my head screaming, “You’re not cut out for this.”

But it wasn’t the corner that undid me.
It wasn’t the stall, or the fear, or the technical struggle.
It was the silence that followed.

The lack of support.

The quiet shame that no one talks about.

This happens more than we think—especially to new riders, to women, to late starters, to anyone who doesn’t “fit the mould.”
And it’s not because they’re not capable. It’s because the system isn’t built to hold them while they learn.

Find out more about the Just Giving page which I hope will raise 10K for Make Your MARK plus 10,000 signatures so we can ensure a response from the UK Government on the vital topics we want addressed.

That’s why I’m riding to Parliament. And that’s why I need your support.

We're launching a petition calling for real change in motorcycle training, regulation, and support. We're asking for:

  • Instructor training in mental health awareness — so fear is met with encouragement, not dismissal.

  • Supportive, inclusive learning environments — for riders of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

  • Greater representation and visibility of diverse riders in the motorcycling community and training industry.

  • Policy discussions that include lived experience — so voices like ours are not just heard, but respected.

And we're not just talking about it—we're riding for it.

This year, I’ll be leading a Ride to the Houses of Parliament, symbolising every mile travelled in courage, every wobble that didn’t end in giving up, and every rider who felt like quitting because no one told them they belonged.

How you can help:

🖊️ Sign the petition. We will update here once it has been reviewed and approved.
📣 Share the news far and wide.
🏍️ Join the Ride to Parliament.
💬 Tell your story. Let’s make the invisible struggles visible.

This is more than a petition. This is a movement.

A movement to change the narrative.
To rewrite what bravery looks like.
To remind the world—and each other—that showing up scared is not weakness. It is the fiercest kind of strength.

When we stand (and ride) together, we don’t just ask for change.
We become it.
